The ASIGN Web App provides a way to crowdsource information without people needing to download a specific smartphone application. From ASIGN Online, an Internet link can be shared e.g. via social media or text messages to smartphones. The recipients just click in the link, which opens the online App where they can capture/upload and communicate geo-tagged and time stamped photos. The Web App uses the same interactive ASIGN concept, where a lower resolution photo is sent initially, from which high precision regions of interest can be selected from the ASIGN Server. 

The ASIGN link can be specific in time and/or location, preventing the collection of potentially irrelevant information.
